At OSSSmart, we provide customers with the flexibility to cancel orders under certain conditions.

Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.
- Once an order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
Refund for Canceled Orders:
- Refunds for canceled orders will be initiated within 5-7 business days of cancellation approval.

Exceptions:
- Orders for perishable items or custom-made products cannot be canceled.
