We aim to make returns as seamless as possible for our customers. Please review the following guidelines before initiating a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • Only selected products (marked as returnable on the product page) are eligible for returns.
   • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Return Period:

   • All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

3. Return Procedure:

   • Contact us via email at osssmart.co.in@gmail.com or through the Support Ticket System with your order details.
   • Once approved, securely pack the product and ship it to:
     OPP DSP OFFICE, CHINNA BARATAM STREET, SRIKAKULAM, 532001, ANDHRA PRADESH.
   • Returns will be inspected upon receipt. If the item meets our return conditions, the process will be completed within 5-7 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Products:

   • Products such as consumables, intimate items, and clearance-sale products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
